1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mm1919 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by mm1919 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and accessible at https://mm1919.cam.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered members, and any persons accessing the Platform from within Malaysia or any other jurisdiction where access to such services is permitted by applicable law.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a user on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a user's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward granted by the Company under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are processed or as requested by the Company at any time.
• "Platform" means the mm1919 website, mobile web interface, and any associated applications or services.
• "Services" means all gaming, wagering, sports betting, live casino, slots, and related features made available via the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on mm1919, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum legal gambling age for casino-style gaming in Malaysia is 21. We enforce this strictly and will request proof of age as part of KYC verification.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform in your individual capacity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not currently hold another Account with mm1919 under any name or identity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from mm1919 or any related platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not satisfied.

4 Account Registration & Verification

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number.

You are permitted to hold one Account only. The existence of duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company may close all such accounts, void pending wagers, and forfeit any balance held therein.

As part of our KYC process, you may be required to submit:

• A valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document
• Proof of payment method ownership where required

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed. Standard verification turnaround is 24–48 hours.

5 Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All funds deposited into your Account are free from any criminal activity and are not the proceeds of money laundering or any other illicit financial conduct.
• You will not use the Platform in any way that may disrupt, damage, or impair the Platform's operation or any other user's experience.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server infrastructure, or database.
• You will not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, interact with, or exploit the Platform.
• You will not engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any conduct that distorts the fair play of any game or betting market.
• All information you provide to mm1919 is and will remain accurate, complete, and up to date.

mm1919 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Suspicious activity will be investigated and may be referred to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the mm1919 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5–15 minutes. Minimum deposit is RM30 for most methods.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before the associated deposit amount can be withdrawn.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or suspicious.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mm1919 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each promotion has its own specific Terms and Conditions which are published at the time the promotion is made available. Those specific terms take precedence over these general bonus provisions where there is a conflict.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering or turnover requirements have been met in full.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as permitted under the terms of a specific promotion.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Bonuses are issued for legitimate entertainment purposes only. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures through systematic play, low-risk wagering, or arbitrage will result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
• Players may only participate in each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Multiple accounts, households, or IP addresses may not be used to claim bonuses more than once.

Birthday bonuses are credited based on your VIP tier status as verified at the start of your birthday month. Tier must be confirmed by the Company prior to bonus issuance. Referral bonuses are credited within 24 hours of a qualifying referral completing their first deposit.

8 Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports event. General betting rules include the following:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed interruption during an event, the Company reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the player's Account Balance.
• Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• For live in-play betting, wagers must be placed and confirmed prior to the relevant event or market closing. Any wagers placed or confirmed after an event or market has closed may be voided.
• The Company's decision regarding the result of any event or the application of betting rules is final.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other specific sporting events, sport-specific rules also apply and are published within the relevant section of the Platform.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mm1919 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that manipulates the outcome of a game or event
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or mm1919 staff
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Platform's software or content
• Allowing a third party to access or use your Account on your behalf, whether for payment, wagering, or any other purpose

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mm1919 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, game engines, and the compilation of all such content, is the exclusive property of mm1919 or its licensed content and technology partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data-gathering tools on the Platform
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website without our express written consent

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mm1919, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Company is not liable for:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials
• Service interruptions or downtime caused by maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform
• Any decisions made in reliance on information or odds displayed on the Platform
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow, or e-wallet operators

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

mm1919 is committed to protecting your personal data. All personal information collected during registration, KYC, and Platform use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory bodies, KYC verification service providers, and payment processors as required to fulfil our legal and operational obligations.

13 Responsible Gambling

mm1919 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

14 Suspension & Termination

mm1919 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request
• Detection of duplicate accounts or collusive behaviour

Upon termination, the Company will return any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonuses or winnings under investigation) to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding AML checks.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. All outstanding wagering requirements must be settled before a voluntary account closure can be processed.

15 Amendments to These Terms

mm1919 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an on-site notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws under which mm1919 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting our customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to pursue resolution through appropriate legal or regulatory channels as applicable to the circumstances of the dispute.
